Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Directors and senior leadership
  • Managing internal and external communications
  • Organising and maintaining files and databases
  • Assisting in meeting preparations
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas
  • Complying with all policies and procedures of the Not For Profit sector

Profile

A successful Interim PA should have:
