What TheyOffer:
- Flexible Pay Rate:We believe in recognising talent and potential. Earn around £15-£16 per hour, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Solid Working Hours:Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and 2 x 15-minute paid breaks.
- Overtime Opportunities:Minimum of 40 hours per week, plus overtime - because hard work deserves extra reward! ️

What You Need:
- Experience:Plantfitting or mechanical experience is essential. Some MIG welding experience is a big plus!
- Skills:Familiarity with workshop fabrication equipment and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Flexibility:Willingness to engage in both workshop and site work.
- Transport:Own transport is essential, and you must be within viable travel distance of the workshop.
