Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Shirley. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, administrative assistance, and customer service within the Lettings Department.
Duties will include
- Planned and reactive maintenance enquiries for fully managed properties
- Gas Safety Certificates
- Tenancy Renewals
- Assisting with the Lettings Team
- Other property management duties
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Property Management and Lettings
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5.50 with an hour for lunch
