This company invest in people and offer the chance to gain additional health and safety qualifications such a NEBOSH. Due to period of high growth they are now looking to recruit a HSEQ Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with some Health and Safety experience to join a renowned company where you will have the chance to learn on the job, gain additional qualifications and have a clear progression route to management level.
You will be responsible for coordinating health and safety throughout the business. This is an office based position and you will oversee day-to-day management of all incident and accident reports, ensure compliance is up to date and standard and scheduling employee training requirements. You will also build good relationships with branches assisting with any queries they might have.
The idea candidate will have some Health and Safety qualification like IOSH, with a warehousing, fleet, logistics or distribution background looking to join an exciting role with a company who can offer further training, qualifications and progression.
The Role:
- Health and Safety Coordination
- Overseeing accident and incident reports
- Liaising with branches assisting with any queries
- Ensuring compliance is up to date
- Work towards additional qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH)
- Office based role Leeds
The Person
- Experience in incident investigation
- IOSH Qualification, NEBOSH is beneficial
- Health and safety experience warehousing, fleet, logistics or distribution background
- Happy to be office based
- Looking to gain additional qualifications and progress
