JOB TITLE: REPAIRS ADMINISTRATOR/SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR

HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM

SALARY: UPTO £27K DOE

LOCATION: BEXLEYHEATH

As a Repairs Administrator/Service Co-ordinator you will be working as part of a busy team. You will be the first point of contact to clients via telephone and email.

Duties

  • Scheduling work for a team of engineer's
  • Managing the call out rota for all engineer's
  • Processing of engineer's holiday forms
  • Providing clients with up to date works progress via CRM system
  • Processing engineers paperwork and completing spreadsheets
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Providing quotations
  • Providing reports and analysing data

SKILLS

  • Previous experience of working as a Repairs Administrator or in a similar role
  • Experience of working and managing engineer's
  • Highly organised and ability to use your own initiative
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IT skills including MS Excel
