HR Change Manager
to focus on managing the change process following the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
Previous HR systems requiring significant modernisation and culture change
,
requiring a Change Manager with the ability to "lead with empathy".
Skills required:
- Experience of HR Systems Change requiring significant modernisation.
- Experience of working at a global stakeholder level.
- The ability to write training documents, creating communication / adoption plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans and resistance management plans.
- Able to develop change capability through training and coaching.
- Able to complete stakeholder mapping, identify risks, support senior leadership and establish a Change Network.
