The Opportunity:

To excel in this role, you must be a proactive self-starter with a solid foundation in marketing. You'll bring excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail. You will have experience in organising successful social media, SEO and paid search, and email campaigns, and you'll bring the creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing materials and assisting with marketing campaigns and BD strategy. A relevant degree is essential for this role.

About the Job:

This is a great and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join a dynamic company building a niche in delivering focused and tailored B2B campaigns for clients across the UK and internationally using Telemarketing and Digital Marketing services. It is for this reason that the right candidate must have a passion for creativity and getting results for clients.

We work with a variety of companies including multinationals, SMEs and start-ups in the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA. Therefore, the work will be exciting and varied. You will juggle multiple campaigns at the same time and there are significant earning and progression opportunities as the business grows.

Achieving results for customers is critical. You must enjoy the challenge of finding & generating new content, sales pipeline and enjoy the buzz when these are created.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies for campaigns across; email, organic social, PPC, SEO, and content marketing that raise brand awareness and generate leads
  • Design, and report on weekly emails sent out from Mailchimp with appropriate UTM tracking to report on campaign effectiveness
  • Perform regular website maintenance and conduct keyword research, conversion rate, and image optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Creation and designing of supporting marketing materials and communications for the wider team
  • Oversee the CRM system, including data imports, data management that follows GDPR regulations, regular analysis, and campaign reporting
  • Prepare and present weekly updates and monthly reports to the management team, providing clear insights into the performance and impact of marketing campaigns.

Candidate Requirements:

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will have a strong digital marketing background and thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.

If you are a confident person who enjoys creative output and can work well under pressure, then this is perfect for you.

  • You will have fantastic communication skills and have previous experience with B2B digital marketing.
  • Digital marketing experience, must have at least 2 years in a B2B or agency environment
  • Excellent copywriting abilities with flawless grammar, spelling, and style as well as superb attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team
  • People person
  • Good communicator

  • Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed
  • Someone with a genuine drive and willingness to get results for clients (internal and external)
