As Registered General Nurse (RGN) you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services directly in people's homes. This role involves managing complex health needs, including administering medications, managing tracheostomies, PEGs, and NG tubes, and overseeing care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive healthcare, manage complex medical needs, administer medications, and adjust care plans as required.
  • Develop individualized care plans that respect each person's unique needs and dignity while promoting well-being.
  • Oversee clinical care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Advocate for individuals' rights and dignity while upholding Nurseline's values and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC membership.
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare settings, preferably in community or home-based care.
  • Experience in managing complex health needs and working with diverse populations.
  • Proven ability to manage healthcare teams and provide clinical oversight.
  • Driving license preferred but not mandatory. Essential for community work and transport of service users.
