Sales Administrator

Join a thriving supplier of industrial components as a Sales Administrator.

Based in Uckfield, you will ideally live locally or have your own transport and live within a reasonable commute.

THE ROLE:

  • Processing sales and purchase orders
  • Manage customer and supplier invoices
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Liaising with goods in/out and managing regular stock takes
  • Follow up on potential sales enquiries or direct to the sales team
  • Sending out marketing packs and arranging mail
  • Document editing
  • Customer services
  • General administration

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Great rapport-building skills and happy talking to customers on the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Quick to learn

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • £21,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience
