What the role will involve
The responsibilities of your role will include the following:
- Content generation across multiple channels including, but not limited to, social media, website and at events
- Creation of assets to support brand awareness, building credibility and generating demand for each core business portfolio whilst maintaining the L3Harris brand and voice
- Responsible for consistency around the visual identity across all marketing efforts
- Design, create, edit and develop engaging video graphics, animation and copy
- Work with external suppliers to ensure delivery against agreed briefs
- Tailor copy for advertisements, socials media and graphics
- Create and edit creative content using a range of specialist design tools such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects and other Creative Suite products
- Use analytics and optimisation tools to understand performance and monitor campaign ROI
- Videography and photography support for key projects
- Support event management and campaign delivery
What you'll bring
The role of Campaign and Digital Content Creator requires the following experience and skills:
- Recognised apprenticeship, appropriate degree or other formal qualification or equivalent work experience
- Strong digital content and channel knowledge
- Strong design skills and a creative flair
- Experience in planning and running digital campaigns
- Pro level understanding of the full Adobe Creative Suite
- Videography, animation and photography experience
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Stay up-to-date on contemporary digital marketing techniques
- Possess good interpersonal skills to allow effective collaboration with both front end and technical staff
- Know how to plan and prioritise work to meet team objectives and deadlines
- Have a continuous improvement mind-set and strive for excellence
