Paralegal - Bristol
TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading regional law firm who now have a new opportunity for an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Paralegal to handle disputed claims under the Small Claims Protocol.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing own caseload of RTA cases, completing tasks and assessing liability
- Pursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system
- Complying with agreed service standards
- Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, and solicitors
- Handling administrative tasks as required
Skills/Competencies Required:
- Previous claimant personal injury case handling experience, including liability disputed cases involving split settlements
- Experience of issuing MOJ proceedings
- Making and receiving court applications & having had stage 3 experience
- Team player
- Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
