We are working exclusively with a growing establishment based in the Sevenoaks area in the recruitment of a Finance Manager.

In this role you will be a core member of the business, working closely with the Director of Finance you will manage the Finance Team and the processes within the team.

This will be a brilliantly varied role but day to day could include:

  • Overseeing the Finance team including motivation, training, and development
  • Oversee transactional finance processes ensuring the team are managing a smooth and up to date ledger
  • Support with financial and statutory reporting
  • Be a core part of streamlining and transforming the department through an exciting period of change

We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role and thrives from driving businesses forward and making improvements! The ideal candidate will be:

  • ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualified
  • Prior experience in leading a team
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills
  • Strong Financial Accounting experience
  • Clear experience in implementing new processes and procedures
