We are working exclusively with a growing establishment based in the Sevenoaks area in the recruitment of a Finance Manager.
In this role you will be a core member of the business, working closely with the Director of Finance you will manage the Finance Team and the processes within the team.
This will be a brilliantly varied role but day to day could include:
- Overseeing the Finance team including motivation, training, and development
- Oversee transactional finance processes ensuring the team are managing a smooth and up to date ledger
- Support with financial and statutory reporting
- Be a core part of streamlining and transforming the department through an exciting period of change
We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role and thrives from driving businesses forward and making improvements! The ideal candidate will be:
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualified
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Strong analysis skills
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills
- Strong Financial Accounting experience
- Clear experience in implementing new processes and procedures
