Reward Manager - York - Hybrid

H9 Human Resources are closely working with a Manufacturer looking for a reward specialist to join their established company.

This is a band new role so will give you full autonomy & a great opportunity to progress your career.

Overview:

  • Help develop total reward programs.
  • Manage/ oversee the reward program.
  • Help develop/ enhance the Company's total reward offering.
  • Work to effectively communicate employee benefits and offering.
  • Conduct benchmarking and develop job evaluation methods.
  • Work closely with the HR to ensure all reward programs are compliant

Main experience I am looking for is:

  • Pay modelling
  • Management of pay and benefit cycles
  • Risk insurance management
