Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join their team.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, your role will be pivotal in providing commercial insights to the Management team. You will partner with the business to optimise and challenge financial performance, as well as drive/support commercial initiatives. Your ability to monitor and forecast KPI's, analyse key information and effectively communicate with stakeholders on all levels will be crucial. You will also have management responsibility of 4 direct reports, fostering their development and growth.

  • Prepare weekly trading reports / dashboards & weekly CEO updates
  • Identify key trends and drivers of results
  • Review P&L cost items regularly to understand cost base and present key trends
  • Maximise use of SAP analytics tool to improve reporting impact & efficiency
  • Work closely with the Country Manager to optimise performance and improve profitability
  • Provide support and information to improve decision-making
  • Lead annual budget preparation & presentation
  • Manage 4 direct reports, including development of roles and responsibilities

What you bring:

As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you bring a wealth of skills and qualifications. You have excellent knowledge of Excel &/or SAP. Your commercial and analytical acumen sets you apart, along with your ability to establish appropriate frameworks and processes. You are efficient, able to work under tight deadlines while multitasking and adapting to changing priorities. Your excellent communication skills enable you to confidently present to and challenge senior stakeholders when necessary.

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Efficient - able to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel &/or SAP
  • Possess commercial and analytical acumen
  • Ability to establish appropriate frameworks and processes
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt and respond to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with ability to develop, encourage and lead a strong high performance team.
  • Confident presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders where necessary.
  • Multi-site experience either in hospitality or retail (desirable)
