Description
- Provide individualised job coaching, support and guidance to students.
- Help students identify their strengths and areas for improvement to enhance employability.
- Develop personalised employment plans that align with students skills and interests.
- Maintain strong relationships with local employers to facilitate job placements.
- Monitor students progress and provide continual support as necessary.
- Conduct regular reviews and update student records accurately.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals dedicated to student success.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

The successful Job Coach should have:
- A genuine passion for helping others realise their potential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring or a similar role within the Not for Profit industry.
