Main responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • VAT Returns
  • Credit Control
  • Answering telephone calls
  • General admin duties- filing, software backup etc
  • CIS submissions
  • Project Costing

Person Specification

  • Fluency with Sage 50 is essential
  • Team player
  • Efficient work ethic
  • Excel skill – Intermediate
  • High attention to detail
  • Performs well under pressure
