Title: Senior IFA Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours a week)

Location: Chorley

Salary: £26,000 plus depending on experience

The Role:

We are looking for an experience Client Experience Manager to offer tailed client support for a team of busy advisers to enable them to focus their time on servicing their clients. The role would entail the successful person to follow our internal processes and adhere to all FCA and Compliance regulations. They would be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed client data on our Intelliflo system, as well as liaising with our providers.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hosting and delivering weekly office meetings and driving actions to deliver result
  • Be responsible for providing timely and accurate reports for finance and key stakeholders across the business
  • Efficiently process all administration relating to new/existing business and servicing queries.
  • Liaising with providers and the wider business to request information, as necessary.
  • Producing valuations and preparing client packs in advance of client meetings.
  • Preparing suitability letters

What we'd like the candidate to have/be able to do:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel along with in house IFA systems and provider websites
  • Computer Literacy
  • Knowledge of Intellifo is desirable
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a small team and demonstrate a high standard of client experience and a desire to help others, as well as maintaining strong working relationships both in person and remotely
  • A responsible approach, with a willingness to take ownership of matters that arise and deal with them effectively
  • Adaptable and able to self-manage time
  • Great organisational skills
