Business Analyst Role:
This is an exciting new opportunity for a junior business analyst to collaborate with a corporate industry leader in central London. The aim is to manage, motivate and evaluate the personal development of current students with whom the organisation is responsible for. They aim to deliver high quality work to achieve accurate and efficient results. You will aim to play a pivotal role in helping the overall success and growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Track the numbers and details of students within the organisation
- Ensure scheduled reports and dashboards are delivered accurately and on time so students will have the latest, up to date information for analysis
- Look after and resolve discrepancies with data removing any potential reoccurrence of the issues
- Manage the members data and co-ordinate with other departments in the company to share the required data
- Process requests reimbursements and getting tickets booked
- Handling budgeting for a number of departments
- Ensure payments are issued on time to avoid delays for new starters
- Identify potential development programmes
- Coordinate registration and placement for all training courses and programs, and coordinate contract administration
- Keep records and be up to date on professional development
- Develop and maintain information regarding academic courses and programs in order to ensure that they align with company requirements
Requirements:
- Have experience working as a business analyst in fast pace environment
- High intremediate or advanced Excel skills ( V-Look ups and Pivot Tables level)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have experience working in cross functional teams
- Be a bright and enthusiastic bringing energy and enthusiasm to the work place
- Be proactive and able to seek data problem solving solutions
- Educated to degree level
