Our client are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure that they remain compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements and their properties are managed and documented correctly.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor contractor performance
- Manage operational budgets
- Facilitate company audits
- Support client management team in delivering high standards to our clients
- Onboard new contractors and offboard underperforming contractors
- Monitoring contract performance and compliance
- Resolving disputes and issues
Required
- 5+ years experience
- Full UK drivers license
- RICS Certification preferred
- Contract negotiation
- Performance management
