Location: Commutable to Sawbridgeworth
Remuneration: £50,000 + bonus (uncapped)

The role of the Estimator - Commercial Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with high quality commercial flat roofing projects
- Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
- Producing formal quotations to clients and follow up
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Estimating for projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £3,000,000
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Commercial Flat Roofing Systems with:
- Must have estimating experience in the commercial flat roofing market sector
- Ideally will have experience dealing with bitumen membrane systems, single ply systems, hot melt waterproofing, cold applied liquid systems, insulation, green roofs, roof slating, roof tiling & leadwork
- Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation
- IT literate (Microsoft Office, particularly savvy in Excel)
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills
- Confident and articulate individual
