We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced, people centric environment. Principally operating from our Paisley Office, with the possibility of working from one of our other office locations throughout Scotland.

Overview:

This role will be providing support to all aspects of the Client Services and Revenue Collections Department. You will be based in the Glasgow office site but may be required to provide support across the wider business. You will have regular contact with the Sheriff's Officers and Finance for escalating wider queries but will be the main point of contact for client services. The jobholder will contribute to continuous development through flexibility and adaptability to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • You will become a key digital support staff member, for all staff, sheriff officers and clients, working collaboratively across this network.
  • You will learn to process standard requests, to problem solve and investigate issues, as well as reviewing site functionality
  • You will become an expert user in our Power9 and CaseFlow systems
  • You will learn to use Microsoft SharePoint, which will allow you to manage and support requests, relating to project and training reports
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite you will contribute to reporting for incoming client files, preparing legal documentation, generating client specific reports and invoicing

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
