Responsibilities:
- To develop solutions across every aspect of Microsoft's Power Platform leveraging Automation to drive efficiency in delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas that could be automated, capture requirements, design solutions and implement to drive increased efficiency on working.
- Architect and create comprehensive solutions within the Power Platform to meet business requirements, encompassing PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse, among other components.
- Be a co-author of Spotlight, Centrality's visionary business and technology management platform that drives operational efficiencies and centralised reporting across the entire business.
- Take the lead in utilizing Power Platform and LogicApps within the organization, harnessing these capabilities to implement automation, the Spotlight platform, and associated reporting functionalities.
- Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the automation and Spotlight roadmap in collaboration with key functional leaders across the organization.
- Conceptualize, design, develop, test, deploy, and transition automation solutions, following a structured framework to eliminate manual processes and streamline workflows.
- Create valuable intellectual property by automating both internal and external processes, providing Centrality with a competitive edge.
- Play a pivotal role within the Power Platform team, offering guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues.
- Take personal responsibility for the development of skills to ensure these remain up to date and relevant.
- Proactively identify and introduce innovative opportunities into the intellectual property product stack, facilitating continuous evolution and adaptation in response to business needs and challenges.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Active interest in PowerApps, automation and gaining formalised certifications
- Is working towards and or has achieved one of the following certifications: PL-400/AZ-204
- Proficient in developing PowerApp solutions (Canvas and Model Driven Apps) while adhering to a structured release management process.
- Skilled in developing intricate Azure Logic Apps and/or Power Automate solutions.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire Power Platform toolset and an understanding of typical business workflows and security models.
- Adept at effectively communicating and presenting to stakeholders or clients at various organizational levels.
- Previous experience in a similar consulting or development role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards, utilizing multiple data sources.
- Experience with Dataverse and other database methodologies while adhering to ISO 27001 standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in analyzing business processes and workflows, translating them into Power Platform-driven solutions.
- Competent in working with the Power Platform suite, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, as well as LogicApps, KeyVault, and related Azure technologies.
- Knowledgeable in working with APIs, particularly Microsoft Graph and Dataverse Web API, among others.
- Well-versed in creating and manipulating formulas using PowerFX
- Experience with software training and user adoption, preferably in the Power Platform space.
- Adept at enhancing Power Platform capabilities by leveraging Plugins and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) components, utilizing custom code languages such as Javascript, C#, HTML/CSS.
- Skilled in providing user support and effectively troubleshooting issues.
