Become an integral part of ALM Studio's Team as they begin the next leg of their growth journey! Located in their stunning Ascot showroom, you'll play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations through innovative kitchen designs bringing their visions to life.

You will create a warm environment for customers, understand their kitchen needs, and take charge of selling a range of German, Italian and British-crafted kitchens. ALM Studios will equip you with the tools and support needed to excel in this role. They're seeking candidates with previous kitchen design & sales experience, in a similar role, with a strong passion for kitchen design, a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service and a high energy for the sales process.

  • Commercial acumen: Beyond design skills, kitchen sales designers understand the sales process. They can effectively showcase the value of their designs, address budgetary considerations, and close deals by highlighting the unique benefits of their offerings.
  • Creative Vision: A keen eye for design, colour, and space to create aesthetically pleasing and functional kitchen layouts tailored to individual client preferences.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: The ability to understand and prioritise customer needs is crucial. Actively listen to clients, interpret their desires, and transform them into bespoke kitchen solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensures that every element of the kitchen design, from cabinet finishes to appliance selections, is carefully considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and selling German, Italian and British kitchens to ensure achievable monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded
  • Ensuring a seamless customer journey
  • Liaising with other departments for effective communication
  • Producing high-quality renders using company design software

Salary: OTE in region of £60-£70k

Experience:

Minimum Kitchen Design: 2 years (required)

Competence with Kitchen Design Packages, ideally Compusoft Winner

Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: Ascot
