A wealth manager with a strong track record and varied client base are looking to hire a COO who will will take ownership of company operations and the compliance program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the day to day compliance program, engaging with regulatory bodies where appropriate
- Ensure the firm have robust controls and meet their regulatory obligations
- Work hand in hand with the CEO and board
- Account opening
- Ongoing operational duties in relation to the custodian relationship
Skills we are looking for:
- At least 4-8 years of compliance and/or ops experience in a private bank/wealth manager/fund
- Knowledge of key regulatory topics - ICARA, Consumer Duty, SDR (dont need to be an SME)
- Self starter approach
- Able to present to senior management/clients
