My client is looking for a friendly and talented Architect to join their supportive and well-established practice in Oxfordshire. The RIBA-chartered practice creates meaningful projects with a sustainable focus across the residential, commercial and heritage sectors. The team have a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are excited to welcome an Architect to the studio.
The successful Architect should have sufficient experience post qualification and will have creative design flare and a passion for sustainability. Ideally, you will have experience working on Passivhaus designs and excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. Revit experience is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Significant experience post Part 3
- ARB registered
- Able to work through all RIBA stages
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Able to adhere to project deadlines
- Excellent technical abilities
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Local to the Oxfordshire area
- Revit knowledge is essential
