Hays Senior Finance are currently supporting a Cheltenham-based PE backed business who are currently going through a period of change, merging two of their groups together, as well as a period of significant organic growth.
As such, they are looking to bring in a Group Financial Controller for a period of 9 months, this could well turn into a permanent position, but initially on a 9 month fixed term contract.
You will be supporting the CFO in a very hands-on role, managing 8 people across two sites. You will have group experience within the service sector, strong controls, technical skills as well as business modelling and commercial acumen.
A broad role that has fantastic exposure across the business.
