About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Group Marketing and Campaigns Manager to support our Director of Marketing and Learner Recruitment in executing the marketing strategy and action plan. You will lead and manage a talented marketing team, driving learner recruitment efforts across various groups, including 16-18-year-olds, degree-level students, adult learners, and apprentices.

This is an exciting time for the organization, with new strategic goals set for 2025. You will manage recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms, demonstrating your creativity, organizational skills, and ability to engage prospective learners, employers, and other key stakeholders in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the marketing, digital, website, and design team to ensure goals and KPIs are met, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute innovative, data-driven recruitment campaigns across multiple channels to meet growth targets.
  • Play a key role in implementing the organization's marketing strategy, working closely with the Director of Marketing and Learner Recruitment.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of accurate and engaging marketing materials across all platforms.
  • Lead PR efforts, generating positive news stories, content, and media relations, and contributing to newsletters and other communications.
  • Organize and oversee events such as learner awards, open days, and career fairs, ensuring a strong marketing presence at each.
  • Foster strong internal relationships with curriculum and support departments to encourage collaboration.
  • Monitor campaign data and make informed adjustments for future campaign success.
  • Deputize for the Director of Marketing and Learner Recruitment when necessary.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, with a strong ability to plan and execute across multiple channels.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a marketing team.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience in the education or training sector is a plus but not essential.
