At GXO, we're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Heineken contract in Newton Heath, near Manchester on a part- time, permanent contract. You'll be on Monday – Friday, covering the hours of 06:00 – 10:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Providing clear communication to both drivers and the customer via phone and email
- Conducting Driver de-briefs
- Updating and maintaining all KPI spreadsheets and producing accurate reports
- Managing Driver tachograph infringements
- Supporting onsite team with other duties such as investigating stock discrepancies
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Transport experience highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation skills
- An understanding of tachograph regulations and working time directive
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to support and provide help to colleagues
