Job Title: Therapeutic Coordinator
Location: Bamber Bridge, Lancashire
Salary: £12 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Coordinator to join their team.

Job Description:
As a Therapeutic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the delivery of therapeutic services within our mental health house and rehabilitation service. You will work closely with clients, families, and our multidisciplinary team to coordinate and implement individualized therapeutic plans that promote mental wellness and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized therapeutic plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Case Management: Coordinate and manage the delivery of care plans, ensuring all therapeutic interventions are tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey and achieve their therapeutic goals.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting therapeutic plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Education and Advocacy: Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic interventions, and available resources. Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the healthcare system.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience working in mental health and rehabilitation settings is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and mental health interventions.
