We are looking for a motivated Works Manager to join a market leading manufacturer in Cement manufacturing. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be a key member in developing the team and assisting with the smooth running of the site.
Skills and Qualifications
- Health & Safety Qualification - IOSH/NEBOSH
- Hands On With A Key Commercial Aptitude
- Very Strong Man Management Skills
- Must Have Experience Within High Volume Manufacturing/Production
- Heavy industry Experience
- Ensuring envionmental saftey is acheives and maintained to 14001
- Ensuring KPI's are met
- Ensuring prodcution targets are met
- Degree in engineering / Business
