Senior Financial Lines Claims Adjuster

Are you a Senior Financial Lines Claims Adjuster and looking to be a part of an innovative and market leading claims team based in London?!

The role will involve;

  • Engagement with and execution of the claims strategy and philosophy
  • Handling of complex Financial Lines and Cyber claims
  • Referrals from delegated claims administrators
  • Claims reporting to stakeholders and business working groups, with a particular focus on maintaining the integrity and adequacy of reserving
  • Technical review and approval of claims bordereaux
  • Support and provide input to claims projects and strategic initiatives
  • Support and develop relationships with key business functions and have the ability to deal with key stakeholders

What we need from you;

  • Previous experience handling complex Professional Indemnity & D & O Claims within the London Market
  • An individual who is motivated, with strong ambition; a strategic thinker with a desire to be part of a smaller but developing business
  • Experience of working with delegated claims administrators and technical review of bordereaux
  • Technical proficiency with good working knowledge of London Market systems
  • Financial acumen, including monitoring of claims activity and financial trends
  • Visibility in the claims community with solid industry contacts
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Confident to interact with all levels of staff within the business and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, diligent with an eye-for-detail
