Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial strategies and ensure compliance.
- Manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Improve financial performance and reduce costs.
- Provide strategic financial advice.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Lead and develop a finance team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent
- Senior finance role (e.g., Finance Manager, Group Financial Controller).
- Financial services industry knowledge.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Financial planning, budgeting, and analysis expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
