Our client, a prominent sales and marketing company based in central London, is in search of driven individuals to join their expanding sales team immediately. This role entails providing exceptional face-to-face customer service and sales, engaging with the British public in high-footfall residential campaigns.
About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you will represent a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from energy efficiency companies to charities and non-profits. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with sign-ups for monthly donations, subscriptions, government schemes, one-off purchases, and participation in raffles, lotteries, and competitions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers in person, delivering exceptional customer service to drive revenue and sales.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive and motivated work environment.
- Assist in onboarding new sales assistants, aiding in their integration, and potentially becoming a mentor to help them maximize their sales potential.
- Engage in skill-sharing sessions within the office to enhance sales strategies, pitches, and develop skills in areas such as business development, marketing, and brand awareness.
