Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to excel in their roles and provide outstanding service.
- Maintain food quality and restaurant standards, ensuring consistency in every aspect of service.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, upholding our commitment to 5-star customer service.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and within budget.
- Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Oversee financial management, including recording income and expenses and balancing cash registers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in line with restaurant service hours.
