Joining their Preston office as part of their busy and friendly Customer Service Administration team, on a daily basis you will be...
- Answering customers queries via phone call and email
- Processing sales orders
- Keeping customers updated on the delivery of their orders
- Dealing with delays, returns or replacements
Salary, Location, Hours & Benefits
- £24,500 per annum (rising to £25,480 per annum after successful completion of your 3-month probation)
- Bamber Bridge, Preston (PR5)
- Full time, permanent position 8:30am-5pm
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
