Our Client, who are a leading provider of Specialist Finance are looking for a Case Manager to join their growing team in South Manchester.

- Understanding of what a good customer outcome looks like.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Underwriting colleagues with their pipeline applications
- Monitoring own email inbox and team inboxes for new enquiries and documents
- Take telephone enquiries from Brokers and direct Borrowers for new applications
- Accurately manage the submission process, ensuring all data entry is accurate completed to ensure a smooth transition to underwriting, logging all new enquiries on the CRM
- Process applications from receipt of pack to submission to underwriting, completing information on relevant systems and completing relevant fraud prevention checks.
- Package new applications received, providing an initial case assessment, reviewing Assets & Liabilities of the borrower and requesting any additional information required by the Underwriter
- Requesting consent for 2nd charges from existing Lenders
