Job Description:
As a Private Client Legal Secretary, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing administrative tasks such as new enquiries, file opening, and diary management
- Screening calls and assisting with client inquiries
- Gathering information and data entry
- Providing support with audio dictation and template management
- Updating the appropriate system for client management (experience not required and full training provided)
About you:
- Legal Secretary experience (specifically in Private Client preferred, but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience with call screening and client management
- Familiarity with diary management and CRM systems

Salary:
Up to £25,000, based on experience.
Hours:
8:45 am - 5:15 pm (1 hour lunch).
Holiday Entitlement:
20 days, increasing by 1 day for each year in employment (max 25 days) + Bank Holidays.
Location:
Maidstone town centre.
