Senior Property Manager - North London
Essentials - Driving Licence and a proven track record in Residential Property Management
Salary up to £40k+ - dependent on experience
Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30 - Option of work from home 1 day a week after probation
Property Manager duties include but not limited to:
- Arranging new tenancies and handling the move-in process
- Respond and deal with any repairs and maintenance that are required on the portfolio
- Offer advice to landlords and tenants for any problems related to the property
- Carry out inspections as and when required and send feedback to the landlord
- Ensure a smooth move out process at the end of a tenancy and deal with any deposit returns
- To ensure that the portfolio is all up to date with compliance and current legislation
