We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Technical Lead to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical specialist to take the next step in their career, as we continue to improve & enhance the global digital estate. This role will be crucial overseeing & delivering the short and medium-term technical roadmap of improvements to our eCommerce platforms.
JOB SCOPE:
Delivers: Oversee & deliver the technical development roadmap for the global eCommerce platforms
Metric of success: Ensures digital platform stability, enhancements & performance to reach company's commercial goals
How? Develop & deliver functionality and scale best practice activities, ensuring a standard operating model for each brand.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Roadmap Leadership: Deliver the short and medium-term digital development roadmap for the global eCommerce platforms (including tickets & hotels) supporting the delivery of our commercial goals
- Project Management: Manage the delivery of the development roadmap, ensuring action plans and initiatives are executed on time, optimizing conversion, revenue, and digital guest experience.
- Team Management: Line management of the wider digital technical product team, ensuring optimum day to day management of our eCommerce platforms.
- Platform Monitoring: Regularly monitor eCommerce platforms for reliability and performance, addressing fixes, and implementing remedial actions where necessary.
- **Digital Trading Optimisations:**Review and identify all revenue opportunities, including new product and technical developments, to optimize digital performance & conversion for the attractions.
- Partner Management: Manage day to day our external agency partners ensuring delivery of technical roadmap to a high standard and required KPIs/commercial goals.
- Standard operating model: Act as the SME to share and scale this standard operating model across the eCommerce teams, brands and operating groups.
