WE Talent are seeking a full-time Customer Reviews Administrator to manage and enhance our clients online reputation. This role involves monitoring, analysing, and responding to customer reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and Google Reviews, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining our brand's integrity.

Full - time permanent, office based

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage customer reviews.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to feedback.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and encourage positive reviews.
  • Track and analyse review trends.
  • Produce regular performance reports.
  • Maintain brand consistency in communications.
  • Stay updated on platform features and competitor trends.
  • Investigate and address the root cause of complaints.
  • Develop strategies to increase positive customer engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal teams.

Experience and qualifications:

  • GCSE English and Maths (C / level 4 and above or equivalent).
  • 2+ years in customer service, online reputation management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of SEO preferred.
  • Familiarity with review management tools like Trustpilot and Google My Business is a plus.
