**Senior Conference Producer - Life Science Events
Location: London-based with Hybrid Working (3 days in office + Travel)
Salary: Base Salary up to £40K + Bonus + Benefits
Are you an experienced conference producer ready to take the lead in producing a large European Life Science conference?
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience: Has 1-2 years of experience in producing commercial B2B conferences independently.
- Topic Knowledge: The topics can be technical, a biology related degree or experience producing life science / health conferences would be advantageous but not essential.
- Commercially Minded: Possesses a keen commercial outlook when considering topics, the agenda and speakers
- Communicative: Is confident communicating at all levels and across all formats.
- Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative team environment where the team work together to make event events a success
- Ambitious: Is driven to produce and deliver industry-leading, outstanding events.
- Confident: Feels at ease being the face of the event onsite - chairing panels, opening sessions and meeting professionals in person.

About the Role
As a Senior Conference Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the content, development, and delivery of large-scale life science conferences. Your expertise will drive the success of our client's events, ensuring they are cutting-edge and impactful. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Independently produce and manage B2B conferences from start to finish - research, creation of advisory boards, programme development and speaker recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Engage and recruit large numbers of high-profile speakers and industry experts.
- Innovate and introduce new ideas to keep the events at the forefront of the industry.
