A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our Client based in Coventry. They are in a very unique position where they can hire anyone ranging from an Apprentice to a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner. They are looking for a team player who can take initiative and support the development of each and every child in the setting!
Main Responsibilities;
- Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS
- Actively supporting the nursery manager in day-to-day safeguarding and child protection.
- Act as a mentor for apprentices and junior staff by example, as well as providing supervision and training.
- Assist in implementing creative and engaging activities for children that promote learning and enjoyment within the EYFS framework.
- Build strong relationships with the team, the children and parents/carers
- To understand the importance of assessment, and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks required.
- To maintain records of your key children's development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other professionals.
