IT Onsite Support Technician - Staines

A growing Technology Services Provider are looking for an IT Onsite Support Technician to work across designated schools in Staines. You must have excellent experience with Windows 10, office 365 and cisco networking technologies maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.
The Onsite IT School Support Technician will need to be DBS checked to work across the different school sites. As the successful IT School support technician, you will need to have knowledge in Windows operating systems and how they work in a local area network environment.
Key Skills the IT Onsite Support Technician will have:
- Windows Operating Systems - 10/8/7
- Proficient with Active Directory and Office365
- Ability to explain technical terms and situations to non-technical people
- Experience of maintaining and working with WAN connection
- Cisco networking technologies - switches, routers
- Software backups and licences
- Anti-virus tools
- Any knowledge/experience working on LGFL systems is a bonus
You will be responsible for providing Onsite IT support for multiple schools, with the school you are assigned being your main place of work. You will have the opportunity to shadow 3rd line engineers and learn new technologies.
