Mortgage Administrator
An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a forward-thinking wealth management firm based in Aberdeen.
They are looking for a kick-@ss person to join their team and be responsible for the administration of Mortgage and Protection cases.
Responsibilities include:
- The end-to-end processing mortgage & Insurance applications in accordance with FCA regulations
- Keeping clients updated on progress of new business
- Maintaining and updating client files and internal records with progress of transactions in line with business standards.
- Arrange mortgage reviews and prepare relevant documentation
- Manage own workload, tasks and delivery
- Liaise with estate agents, solicitors and other third parties
