We are looking for 3 temporary administrators to join a busy team.
Based: Rural Malmesbury - transport required
Rate: £12/hr
Duration: 2 months
Standard Working hours 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday with flexitime available

The role
You will be working to support the sales team, growing relationships with Trade customers including Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, Property Developers & Retailers.
Your responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team by creating quotes and communicating with customers
- Constructing and amending trade quotations
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties to help reduce trade team workload
- Answering trade customer enquiries – via telephone & email
- Maintaining and updating Trade Customer information

- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proficient IT skills
- Great attention to detail
- Organised and efficient
- All necessary training provided but a positive attitude is essential
This is an office based role with NO home working.
