Reed Marketing and Creative are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join a team in Farnborough for a 14-month fixed-term contract. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute effective marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and promote products within the hospitality/retail space.
- Content Creation and Management: Generate engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and print media to attract and retain customers.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns from conception through to analysis, ensuring they effectively meet the set objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and integrated across all channels.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights and trends that will inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a marketing role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in hospitality or retail.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within team settings, demonstrating both leadership and support roles.
- Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
