What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the emotional, physical, and learning needs of individual and groups of children
- Assisting in the monitoring and delivery of SEND support plans
- Encouraging pupils to engage in their own learning and development
- Helping organize the learning environment and maintaining classroom displays
- Keeping accurate records and supporting colleagues
- Assisting in planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities
- Promoting positive behavior and ensuring pupil safety

- Experience working with children in a school environment
