Description

Key responsibilities of the Telesales Executive include:

  • Identifying relevant contacts using LinkedIn and other data resources.
  • Generate a minimum number of qualified contacts daily, aligned with targets set by your manager.
  • Actively participate in team meetings.
  • Stay informed on industry issues, including legislation and hot topics, to communicate effectively with prospects.
  • Follow up on marketing-led outreach (e.g., E-shots) to schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to log feedback on mailers, including bounce-backs and opt-outs.
  • Provide client quotations.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks requested by the sales team to support new business conversion.
  • Log prospect feedback to inform the sales cycle.

Profile

The successful Telesales Executive will be:

  • Experience in Microsoft standard packages

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable
