My client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Management Accountant to join their lively team and support commercial decision making.
The role responsibilities
- Preparing the monthly management accounts.
- Managing a team.
- Advising department managers on financial performance, costs, margins and overheads and comparing to actual budgets.
- Providing commentary and support non-finance managers in their understanding and control of forecasting income and expenditure.
- Assist in writing the annual budget.
- Ensure peak cash operating cycle with careful control of creditors, debtors and stock.
- Liaison with external audit teams.
- Suggest improvements to practices and processes
- Project work.
You will have
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification (or qualified by experience)
- Motor trade experience (essential).
- Full UK driving licence - travel to additional sites
