CCP are delighted to be working with a great client who are market leaders in their professional service based in Waltham Abbey, who are expanding due to exceptional business performance. We are supporting them as they look to recruit a Client Services Administrator to start ASAP.

About The Role

As part of this new exciting Clients Services Administration opportunity, you will be required to speak with clients and professional services via the telephone and email. As market leaders in their sector, you will need to have good written skills with a good level of professionalism, you will be assisting with other parts of the business which is going to be able to provide you with experience and growth. The annual salary is up to £25,000 and would move on to a hybrid model once training has been completed.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and solicitors within the department.
  • Instructing solicitors whilst overseeing cases to obtain the outcome decided.
  • Updating the Management System with new instruction for various business processes.
  • Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism when talking with clients and other services.
  • Support other functions within the business.

Salary & Benefits

  • £25,000 basic per annum.
  • 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working after training is completed.

Experience Required

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding organisation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency is MS Office, Word and Excel.
